This project aims to contribute to the exploration of emerging media in the sphere of information studies and young people’s information literacy as practice while confronting emerging media content. The purpose of the study is to investigate how young Finns deal with deepfakes in their everyday lives, focusing on their information literacy practice regarding deepfakes.
