Since October 2025, I have been working as Head of Administration at the department. I have extensive experience from Lund University after many years in various roles. In my work, I focus on creating a safe, positive, and well-functioning workplace where both people and operations can grow.

I enjoy finding solutions, seeing opportunities, and driving improvements in our daily work. My role is very much about supporting the organisation based on emerging needs and contributing to sustainable and smart progress.

I am also involved in several of the department’s decision-making and advisory forums, including the Head of Department Council and the Board, which gives me a good overall perspective and the opportunity to influence development in a constructive way
