I am Associate professor in Ethnology. My research includes: Cultural effects of Late modern societal constructions, such as the Post-industrial society, the Commuter society, and the Knowledge society; Rural-urban relations (and demarcations), linked to regionalization- migration-, and knowledge production processes; Rural conditions in an increasingly urbanized world; Place attachment in a mobilized world; Heritage of place, and Methodologies for a Norm creative Heritage praxis.
