I am PhD student in Ethnology and my doctoral dissertation has a preliminary title ”Food culture on the menu”. Its focus is how ethnicity is consumed, experienced and represented in restaurants and how we are socialized into food consumption in a public arena such as a restaurant.
During my time as a PhD student I have also been engaged in various teaching assignment spread over different disciplines as for example ethnology, methodology, education and food studies and at numerous locations: Ethnology at University of Lund, Service Management at Campus Helsingborg, School of Education at Malmö University, Culinary Arts and Food Sciences and School of Education at Kristianstad University.
In present time I work as an Acedemic Advisor at the Department and also with finishing my Ph.D.
